Every local church is a living organism, designed by God to be healthy, growing, and reproducing.  But every church knows that being and staying healthy is not easy.  There are all kinds of challenges to face as well as dreams to realize in order to become the church God wants us to be.

Converge Southwest is committed to cultivating healthier churches, helping each of our member churches to mobilize for more effective ministry.  We work alongside pastors, church leadership teams and entire congregations through a variety of ways:

• ReTool Kit: coaching of church leadership teams through assessment and strategic planning
• Fire & Reign: ten-week renewal emphasis for local churches designed by CWW president, Jerry Sheveland
• L.E.A.D. Teams: relationally and missionally based teams embrace a mutual vision to mobilize and multiply leaders and churches
• Ministry Consulting: ministry insights and counsel provided by CSW staff, including the use of Natural Church Development (NCD) and Percept demographic resources
• Financial Advising: regarding budgeting, bookkeeping, financial management, borrowing and funding sources
• Search Committee Assistance: coaching of church boards, search committees and potential candidates
• Pulpit Supply and Speaking
• Church Conflict Resolution:  practical assistance during challenging times in a church
