“The Right Leader in the Right Place at the Right Time”

Churches need qualified, well-matched pastoral leadership.  Pastors need to find ministries where they can best flourish and use their unique God-given gifts.  CSW plays a vital role in helping churches and pastoral candidates connect and, God-willing, form a fruitful partnership for His glory.

CSW uses the Ministry Placement Network (MPN) as its primary tool for placing “the right leader in the right place at the right time.”  The MPN creates profiles of the churches and pastoral candidates in its system, based on thorough surveys and assessment tools.  Churches can then receive a list of potentially matched candidates for their search process.
